SCHOOL Policies

• Registration must be completed online and received by the deadline.

• Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you are sick, stay home. Free make-ups are provided in Open Studio.

• Youth classes are drop-off classes and closed to observation.

• Parents/Guardians and family members may observe student progress in annual student shows.

• Parents/Guardians may observe student progress during the final 10-minutes of class during week 8 of the term.

• Choreography learned by the student is sole property of Aerial Dance Chicago and may not be copied or used for any purpose outside of ADC.

• ADC takes photos and videos of school activities for public promotion and social media.

• Street shoes are not allowed in the studio.

• Food and beverages are not allowed in the studio.

• ADC is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

• Class instructors are subject to change.

• Weather related or other closures will be announced on our website homepage and on social media.
