CLC Women's Conference Booking - October 5, 2019

By submitting payment, CLC agrees to all of the following contract:

Aerial Dance Chicago (hereinafter referred to as ADC) will provide a performance for Christian Life Center (hereinafter referred to as PRESENTER) under the following terms:

ADC will provide one solo aerial dance performance, total length 4:00 minutes. ADC will provide aerial silks apparatus and rigging connection gear. PRESENTER will provide an open stage space with no props or obstructions within 10 feet of the aerial silks. PRESENTER will provide ADC with a secure dressing room for performer to change into costume, warm up, and store personal belongings during the performance.

Venue Location: Christian Life Center, 6363 W 183rd Street, Tinley Park, IL 60477

Performance October 5, 2019 at 6:45pm

Total Fee $950 must be paid at least 2 business days in advance of the performance.
