Special Event Performance - Aerial Hoop Nutcracker Performance

By submitting payment, PRESENTER agrees to the following contract:

Aerial Dance Chicago (hereinafter referred to as ARTIST) will provide a performance for PRESENTER under the following terms:

Event Details

ARTIST will provide one lyra apparatus, choreography and two aerial dancers to perform in the party scene of the Nutcracker production. Technical Rehearsal Monday November 25th. Dress Rehearsal Friday November 29th. Performances Saturday November 30th at 2pm and 7pm and Sunday December 1st at 2pm. Strike and removal of equipment will take place immediately following the final performance. PRESENTER will provide ARTIST with a secure dressing room to change into costume and store personal belongings during the event.

Artist Fee Total Fee: $1200 paid to Aerial Dance Chicago, plus promotional and sponsorship opportunities for Aerial Dance Chicago. Fee includes all performance parts including artist fees, costumes, choreography, rehearsal space, rehearsal and equipment. If for any reason the event is canceled, PRESENTER will pay ARTIST 50% of the fee.

The foregoing plus any attached riders constitute the entire agreement between PRESENTER and ARTIST.

Payment must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to the first performance.
